The State of Michigan now regulates ALL contestants to have a blood test prior to competing in any fight.
*blood tests are good for 12 months for future fights, so only one is needed per year.
Along with this form, ALL fighters MUST send us blood test results stating they tested NEGATIVE for:
H.I.V., Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
* You can have this blood test done at your regular doctor's office or at any local clinic. It might be really wise to call around to find the cheapest place and to make an appointment ahead of time.
Test results and fighter form can either be sent by mail, fax or e-mail.

VERY IMPORTANT: BOTH forms (fighter form and blood test result form) MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR to fight.
TOP Priority will be given to fighters who have previously fought for the CCF, Champion Cage Fighters at any prior fight.
1st Priority will be given to fighters who have previously fought for the CCF, Champion Cage Fighters at any of the other smaller arena event fights.
